The hotel is up to its star rating but not up to the prices. Transfer is largely overrated and so I would say room price. Check-in is tiresome, taking more than 20 minutes, but good part is they allow very early check-in. Take notice they only take Ukrainian money, so prepare in advance, even at the exchange point in the hall . Other than that it's a very great location and ambience, clean and modern. Interior is somewhat cold and impersonal, but the room provides all the comfort you need - very large, quiet, great view from the window on Sophia Square, spacious bathroom, free speedy WiFi, comfy bedding for good sleep. Breakfast in restaurant is plentiful with great choice of dishes, international and local. Great service everywhere, very helpful and friendly staff. I greatly enjoyed hotel recreation facilities - sauna, fitness center, amazing indoor pool with beautiful pool area. An ideal place for comfortable stay and body pampering.
